Eye is a GSEO (Generative Search Engine Optimization) analytics platform that tracks and analyzes brand mentions across AI-powered platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
We offer a 14-day free trial to new users. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of the Service.

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide. All data generated by your use of the Service belongs to you.
In no event shall Synapse Data Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synapse Data Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
